In 2007, the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles completely changed the style and look of Florida registrations and decals.  Below is a picture of the old registration form and the new one.  When you receive your new registration form in the mail, carefully peel the yellow sticker from the backing and place it on your license plate or vessel.
